3. Test run - must be closed before starting the air valve, make the fan start under no-load condition, after reaching the normal speed can be gradually open the air valve, until the rated conditions. In the process of operation should be strictly monitored currents, shall not exceed the rating. Fan running after 20 minutes should check whether the bearing box temperature rise is normal (temperature rise shall not exceed the environment temperature 40 ℃, the temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃).
4.Maintenance - fan maintenance when maintenance must first stop; According to actual situation timely replacement of lubricant oil (or grease);When the fan severe vibration, the bearing temperature rise too high, the motor current is too large ,the body overheating etc abnormal situation, Should be timely find out the reasons, troubleshooting rear can run again.
