Overview
XHT-100 series large capacity centrifugal fans the most commonly used in supply air of industrial furnace, delivery of lightweight particles, coal powder/ particle material/ powder material/ fragment materials/ fiber materials, materials drying and cooling, ventilation and fume exhaust, etc,and are suitable for conveying clean air at normal temperature or light materials.
Features
1. Can set fan speed by matching different diameter of belt pulley, making the fan running in the peak efficiency, reducing energy waste.
2. On the condition of meeting the pressure requirements, can output larger air flow volume, low noise.
3. We provide motor slide rail for tensioning the belt easily, reducing the energy loss caused by belt slack.
4. The motor load can be automatically reduced when airflow resistance increasing, to prevent motor from destroying.
5. In the case of using system base, so easy for installation on site, no need of professionals’ direction.
6. Running test and vibration value test for fans after finishing manufacturing, ensuring running reliably.
